It probably won’t surprise you to learn that I love doing room plans. I could sit all day with a pencil and paper, a ruler, some measurements and an idea. I’ve never been great at sketching, but I love seeing the ideas in my head come out on paper. So what’s the problem? I tend to get a little carried away. I have fun creating ideas for my daughter’s room because it’s girly and cute. But sometimes, I forget that it’s more than just a beautiful room — it’s a place where she has to live and have fun.
