I actually purchased a duvet from them once and returned it. It was too big (one size for full & Queen and was huge on my full-sized comforter) and felt scratchy. I was really disappointed because I had loved everything else I’d ever purchased from them. You can find good deals on their stuff on eBay.

@Elita I can’t disagree with you. As much as I drool over West Elm’s bedding, I’ve never actually used any of it, and if I’m going to spend this kind of money, I’d definitely want it to feel at least soft, if not luxurious. I’m waiting for a sale so I can purchase it myself

Then I’ll be able to let my readers know for myself what the quality is like.

Honestly, I LOVE West Elm. I have their futon lounger and it’s fab. Their stuff is gorgeous. BUT it feels horrible. If I am going to spend such big bucks, I want sheets & duvets that are a little more soft than 250 thread count! Uugghh.
