I’m making up for a few days lost by posting some great finds today, starting with these sheet sets from Sage Creek Organics. They are currently a whopping 75% off, and I seriously suggest you take advantage of the deal while it lasts. The sale is only good through May 17.
My husband and I own a set of these sheets in tea green. You can read my review here, and I can tell you that my first impressions are still valid. Even after having them for more than a year and using them regularly, there are still in great condition with no visible pilling. Even after numerous washes, the fading is only minimal. Compared to the reusable pouch they are packaged in, which has been in my linen closet since we’ve owned the sheets and never washed, they are still very close to the original color.
The sheets do run pretty large, meant to accommodate the pillow top mattresses that so many of us own these days. So if you don’t have a pillow top, be prepared to do a lot of tucking. I’ve used mine with both a pillowtop and without, and they were fine either way. The extra fabric on the regular mattress did mean a lot of creasing, but it wasn’t a big deal since the sheets were covered by my duvet anyway. They were still very comfortable.
From what I have read, these sheets technically don’t have a thread count because they are knitted rather than woven. At any rate, this is a great deal for some quality sheets. You can take my word for it.
