I have spent months with baby fever, in part because so many of my blogging friends recently had or are having babies and I wanted to remember what it felt like again. Sending my daughter off to kindergarten only multiplied that effect, although I wonder how wise it is to wish for an infant now that the house is finally quiet in the daytime…lol. Still, I find myself intrigued by all things baby, so these deals definitely caught my attention. First up is the gorgeous bedding set by Ferm Living shown above. It is crib sized, but most experts do not recommend putting a duvet in a crib with a sleeping infant, so it would probably best be used on a toddler bed. It comes with a pillow case and duvet in a matching storage bag.
Why It’s Green: Made of 100% organic cotton
Price: $68 (aff)

The second deal is a cute, colorful cupcake crib skirt from Kee-Ka Organics, offered today only at Green Baby Bargains for just $10, a more than 80% discount from the original price of $59. It would look great paired with a solid pink or white/natural crib sheet, and it has the added bonus of giving you added storage in the area under the crib that would be covered.
Why It’s Green: Made of 100% organic cotton grown by family farmers and printed with low-impact dyes
Price: $10 from Green Baby Bargains, or $25 direct from Kee-Kee Organics

Perfect timing for me to see this post. I just bought for my impending arrival an organic mattress and wanted to keep the rest of the baby’s bedroom as organic as possible. Love that pattern on the bedding above!
