I do not like to cook. There. I said it out loud. Going into the kitchen to prepare a meal is something I seldom feel like doing, but do anyway because otherwise my family might starve. Well, that’s a gross overexaggeration. My husband is a really good cook, but like me, he has to be in the mood to do it. Maybe if my kitchen were a stylish, sophisticated, eco-friendly haven, I’d have the urge to go in there more often and get something cooking. Ok…fat chance of that. But I still want a stylish, sophisticated, eco-friendly.
Kitchen utensils are…well…utilatarian. But they don’t have to be. This 5-piece bamboo kitchen tool set by Lipper International is both eco-friendly and functional, and it includes a slotted spoon, fork, slotted spatula, pointed spoon and holder, all solid bamboo, all with a natural two-tone bamboo look. They come in a sleek, compact container that will take up minimal counterspace, but still give you a nice focal point in your kitchen.
And in the meantime, if anyone wants to come over to my house to cook, I’m taking offers.
