I’ve been seeing Ikat patterns everywhere lately: rugs, throw blankets, pillows, wall art…literally everywhere. If you’re not sure what Ikat is, it is a beautiful style of weaving, and I’ll point you in the direction of Wikipedia for a more detailed definition. Because of the process used to create it, it tends to be quite expensive. But as much as I like to fawn over pricey, luxury items, I know we all like a good deal.
While it is improbable this bedding from Pottery Barn was woven with traditional Ikat techniches, the pattern is still beautiful. And even better, it’s made of organic cotton and on sale for more than 50% off. If blue isn’t your color, it is also available in red and green. Pottery Barn sale items don’t last very long, so if you want it, you’d be better off getting it now.
Why It’s Green:
- Made of organic cotton
Price: $9.99-59.99 (on sale from $29-129)
