Link Love: Making the Best of the Situation Edition
If you're new here, you may want to subscribe to my RSS feed or email newsletter.
We were supposed to be moving today, but it isn’t going quite as planned. In fact, we’re pretty much stuck right now. So I’m trying to make the best of the situation, but it’s a bit hard to see the forest for the trees at the moment. I’ll leave you with some great green reads for your weekend and hopefully I’ll be back to my regular posting next week:

Link Love: New State, New Life Edition
I’ve alluded to it, but never really came right out and said it. My family and I are getting ready to move to a new state, so I’ve been more than a little busy over the past week or 2 trying to get everything situated. We’re not sure exactly when, but if all goes well, it will be in the next few days. So if there’s a day or 2 when I miss posting, please forgive me. I’m trying to line up some guest posters so there’s no gap in content. For your green weekend, here are some great reads, deals and giveaways to keep you going.

I guess I could have called this the Happy Halloween edition, but my family doesn’t celebrate Halloween, and I think the election is just a tad more important. Thus, the name :) Here’s some election and voter information, along with some great green reads, giveaways and sales for your weekend:

Monday Link Love: The Get Back to Work Edition
I know, I know…today isn’t Sunday. But I’ve been reconsidering whether I should keep posting on the weekends. This is an extension of my epiphany about spending too much time in front of the computer. This weekend, I spent a lot more time with my family than I would have had I been online, and I know they enjoyed it as much as I did. Feel free to leave a comment about whether you enjoy new weekend content from Green Your Decor, or whether the archives are deep enough to keep you busy until Monday. I’d love to hear from you!

Sunday Link Love: The Getting Back to Nature Edition
Having computer problems this week reminded me of a couple of things, the biggest revelation of which is how much time I really spent using it — and I realized that I’d rather not spend the better part of my life attached to a keyboard. It also reminded me that there are so many other, really fun things to do. What it means for you is that I don’t have my normal huge collection of links this Sunday, since I lost all of the bookmarks I’d tagged for link love to my downed computer (that’ll teach me to use StumbleUpon and Delicious more often, right?) So here’s an abbreviated list. I promise next week’s wil be more substantial.
