Each year, I eagerly anticipate the reveal of the new HGTV Green Home. Then I enter the contest…and promptly forget to write about it. I’m more than a little late, given that the entry period is technically over, but I had to get in a post, because this is my favorite green home in years.
I recently learned that two different family members are pregnant. After my initial excitement for them subsided, my brain immediately went into nursery mode. Even if you haven’t done a whole lot to the rest of your home to make it as nontoxic as possible, the nursery is a great place to start. And of course, making your nursery eco-friendly doesn’t mean making it boring or drab.
