HELPFUL HINTS & REVIEW INFO
All submissions will be reviewed to ensure they match the editorial focus of Green Your Decor. To make it easier for everyone, please keep the following things in mind before you submit your product, business or idea:
- Please be sure to take a look around Green Your Decor to understand the editorial focus before submitting. We will very rarely stories on green products or ideas that are not related to home decor or home life, and we will not feature products or ideas unless they are truly green in some way. Be prepared to answer questions about the environmental merits of any item you submit.
- If possible, please include a high-quality photo with a width of at least 500 pixels or larger. Maximum file size: 1MB.
- Keep your submissions short. If we are interested, we will request further information from you. However, please be sure to include a link to your website, if available. If we would like to review your product, we will contact you as soon as we can, with an address to send samples. We often will request additional product samples to offer as giveaways to readers.
- Be sure to include valid contact information.
- IMPORTANT: Product samples that are submitted for review will not be returned, and you are responsible for all shipping costs involved.
Please note: Decisions to write and/or post a product review are based on the quality and environmental merits of your product. Some products may not be reviewed because we do not believe they will resonate with our readers. We are dedicated to being candid and honest in the reviews we do post. It is not our intention to openly disparage any products, but we aim to offer balanced, thoughtful reviews. We will critique your products honestly.
