I still haven’t gotten over the joy and elation of Obama’s presidential victory. I may never get over it. But now, I’m looking forward to the changes to come, particularly in terms of the environment and the economy. Congrats again, President-Elect Obama, and here are this week’s links:

Green Shopping
Skimbaco has a great sale on an organic toddler tee. The Horsie Cameo Organic Cotton T-shirt is down to $7.99 from $35. It’s short sleeved, but you can’t beat that discount! It would be great layered over a long-sleeved tee. PKMU is giving one away in your choice of sizes (12-18 mo., 2T or 4T). I know I’ll buy this even if I don’t win it. And since I’ve never posted a photo of my wee one, here’s my princess, Ja’Naya, who would be cute as a button in this tee 🙂 This photo is from her birthday in August (hence the crown and ballerina skirt)

November 7, 2008 at 2:20 pmThank you SO very much for shouting out MyBrownBaby… my Dad’s words did not come easy to him, and writing that post did not come easy to me–it was very emotional for both of us, particularly in the midst of such elation over the election of President-elect Obama (whooosh–I love writing that!!!). I’m a HUGE fan of GREENYOURDECOR, and being here on your page means A LOT to me!
