You’ve all seen one of these at a thrift store, or maybe there was one in your parents’ house when you were growing up. You never thought you’d want to have one in your own home, and you never saw the potential in such a huge, hulking piece of furniture. Maybe you will now.
DrDrama of DrBabyMamaDrama received this hutch from a friend who was moving and wanted to turn it into a place for all her crafting supplies. It took a couple of coats of antique white paint and a lot of elbow grease (and some contortions to paint all its nooks and crannies), but she turned this from an outdated piece of furniture to a piece she can be proud of — complete with new Anthropologie knobs she scored from the sale bin.
