How do you clean these pans? What substance is used to take off burnt discoloration from cooking?

I’ve had success with baking soda on the pan and some warm water on a paper towel. A thorough rub over the affected surface followed by a quick wash and my pans return to good as new.

GREAT COMMENT Sandy, you saved my green pans. I did just like you said, baking soda and a moist paper towel rub. The discoloration went away. i’m not sure if it’s as slick as it was when new. I coated and rubbed in some peanut oil help it. What’s the best way to keep it as non stick as possible and/or return it to its former glory of non-stickyness ?
